TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WINDLAB X Jordan Ultralite Terms & Conditions:
• WINDLAB Indoor Skydiving Experience Voucher is redeemable only at S601, Level 2, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, 1 Utama E, 1, Lebuh Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya 47800, Selangor.
• The offer is only valid for the following packages: 2-Flight Single Use (RM99 Peak & RM89 Off-Peak), 4-Flight Single Use (RM169 Peak & RM159 Off-Peak), 10-Flight Single Use (RM389 Peak & RM369 Off-Peak) and 10-Flight Small Group (RM419 Peak & RM399 Off-Peak - For Sharing Up To 5).
• This voucher expires on 30 August 2022 and can be redeemed at the Front Counter of WINDLAB Indoor Skydiving 1 Utama, during operational hours.
• All purchases are valid for 12-months.
• You are allowed to purchase multiple packages. However, the discount voucher can only be used once.
• You are required to pre-book your flights via WhatsApp at +6012-2244342.
• All bookings are on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to availability by factors which may include, but not limited to, other bookings, staff availability, force majeure, maintenance, etc.
• Please present your WINDLAB X Jordan 20% Discount Voucher when making your purchase (before payment).
• You must arrive 1 hour before your scheduled booking for check-in, training, and gear-up.
• This voucher is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or credit nor replaceable if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
• The discount cannot be used or combined with other promotions or deals.
• Laced shoes i.e. sneakers, sports shoes are compulsory for all flyers. If you do not have, you can rent for RM10 per person.
• There will be no replacement or refund for any expired vouchers, cancellations, or latecomers.
• All bookings are subject to the WINDLAB General Terms & Conditions available at https://www.windlab.my/terms-of-service and each flyer/participant must abide by these flight terms.
• WINDLAB reserves the right to amend, change, void any bookings deemed unfit to proceed.

Standard Provision of service:
• Minimum 2-Flights per person - each flight is 50 seconds long.
• For group sharing packages, the flight time will be equally distributed if the total flyers are less than the maximum number.
• All flights must be completed within the same session. No carry forward is allowed.
• Pre-flight training session included.
• Gear-hire included [flight suit, helmet, earplugs, and goggles]
• Hands-on assistance from your flight instructor during flight.
• This experience takes approximately 1 hour 45 mins including all training and gear-up.
Optional Add-ons (No-discount):
• Additional flights (RM35 Per Flight)
• The High Ride (RM15 Per High Ride) – The High Ride is where one of our more experienced instructors flys each flyer towards the top of our 10M Tunnel (ONLY AVAILABLE IN SELECTED SESSIONS)
• Photos & Video (RM90 per session).
General Restrictions:
Most people can fly at WINDLAB if they are generally fit and healthy, however, there are some standard health and physical restrictions below.
• 3 years old and above
• Not Pregnant
• Not under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs
• Under 105kg if under 180cm, under 115kg if over 180cm
• Not wearing a hard plaster cast, or suffered any recent broken bones
• Does not have a history of any neck, back or heart conditions
• Has not previously suffered a dislocated shoulder
• Has not undergone any recent surgery
• Has signed our terms & conditions waiver form
• Anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Covid-19 Requirements:
• Anyone (aged 12+) must be fully vaccinated (plus 14 days). Children (aged 12 years and below), must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated (plus 14 days) parent or guardian.
• All flyers must have “Low Risk” status on Mysejahtera.
• All Flyers must be healthy with no symptoms of Covid-19.
• All flyers must wear face mask before and after participating in the activity. Face masks will be removed for the activity itself.
