We are reaching out to inform you of upcoming changes to our pricing structure at WINDLAB Indoor Skydiving, effective January 1st, 2024. After much deliberation, we have deemed these adjustments necessary to align with ongoing operational costs.

 

Current Pricing Validity

First and foremost, we would like to reassure you that all existing packages and pricing will remain unchanged until December 31st, 2023. This is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of our current rates and packages before the adjustment. All packages are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

 

New Package Offer

We also wish to inform you of a change in our special deals. Effective January 1st, the current offer of 'Buy 5 Hours Get 1 Hour Free' will no longer be available. However, we're excited to introduce a new deal: 'Buy 1 Hour Get 10 Minutes Free'.

Coaching Rates

Our coaching rates remain unchanged (RM480 per hour), ensuring that you continue to receive expert guidance at affordable prices.

Introduction of Spotter Fee
Effective 1st January 2024, we are also introducing a spotter fee of RM50 per flyer, per session. This mandatory fee applies to high-speed spotting, including sit-fly and head-down techniques, as well as limited low-speed spotting including back and front layouts. This is relevant for flyers who haven't yet mastered 6-points of motion or transitions. Please note, this fee does not apply when you purchase coaching from a WINDLAB Instructor, and is only applicable for sessions with external coaches.

We would like to express our gratitude for your continued support. This is our first price increase since our opening in 2017. Please know that this decision was made with careful consideration to ensure we continue providing a quality experience.
