Verification requirements: 

  • Centro Mall and The Capitol tenant employees must present a valid Staff ID and the official promotional image/message.

  • Students of participating schools must present a valid Student ID and the official promotional image/message.

  • Employees of participating schools must present a valid Staff ID and the official promotional image/message.

  • Proof of eligibility must be presented before purchase/payment.

 

Eligible staff and students may extend the promotional rate to accompanying immediate family members or guests, provided that the eligible staff member or student is present and participating in the same visit. The promotion cannot be transferred or redeemed by family members, friends or other guests without the eligible staff member/student being present.

2. Promotion Period & Package Validity:

  • Purchase Period: The promotion can only be purchased between 1st September 2026 and 31st December 2027.

  • Validity: All promotional packages must be purchased and fully utilised by 31 December 2027. Any unused flights remaining after 31 December 2027 will expire and cannot be extended, refunded, exchanged or credited.

3. Applicable Packages:

The promotional discount applies only to the following WINDLAB individual First Timer packages:

  • 2-Flight Package - Peak & Off-Peak

  • 3-Flight Package - Peak & Off-Peak

  • 4-Flight Package - Peak & Off-Peak

 

The promotion does not apply to any other packages, products or add-ons, including but not limited to:

  • High Rides

  • Group Packages

  • Return Packages

  • Extra Flights

  • Media Packages

  • Shoe Hire

  • Any other products, packages or optional add-ons

4. Promotional Terms:

  • These Terms & Conditions are for WINDLAB Indoor Skydiving.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, voucher, special offer, package, membership benefit or corporate rate.

  • Pre-booking is required. Please check availability and make a reservation by contacting our team via WhatsApp ahead of time.

  • The relevant Staff/Student ID and official promotional image/message must be presented before purchase and payment.

  • The promotional rate cannot be applied retrospectively. No refund, credit or price adjustment will be provided where proof of eligibility is presented after payment has been made.

  • Payment may be made upon arrival via Visa, Mastercard or cash.

  • The promotion has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • WINDLAB reserves the right to request additional proof of eligibility where reasonably required.

  • WINDLAB reserves the right to refuse the promotional rate where the eligibility or redemption requirements have not been met.

  • WINDLAB reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this promotion, its mechanics, participating organisations or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

5. Standard Provision of Service:

  • Each flight is 50 seconds long.

  • The total experience takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from arrival.

  • You must check-in 1 hour before your scheduled flight time.

  • Includes a pre-flight training session, personal assistance from a flight instructor, and all necessary gear (flight suit, helmet, earplugs, goggles).

6. Flyer Restrictions:

  • Minimum age: 3 years old.

  • Weight/Height Limit: Under 105kg if shorter than 180cm; under 115kg if 180cm or taller.

  • Must not be pregnant.

  • Must not be under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.

  • Must not be wearing a hard plaster cast.

  • No history of neck, back, or heart conditions.

  • No previous shoulder dislocations.

  • Anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

  • All participants / legal guardians of participants (if under 18 years) must sign a waiver prior to participation

7. Location & Hours:

  • Location: WINDLAB Indoor Skydiving, S601, 1 Utama E, Level 2, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, 1, Lebuh Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya 47800, Selangor, Malaysia

  • Hours:
    Sunday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
    Friday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM
