This promotion is available for purchase only at specific events and is valid for a limited time.

1. Promotion Period & Validity:

  • Purchase Window: The promotion can only be purchased between September 26th, 2025, and October 5th, 2025.

  • Purchase Locations:
    Sports & Leisure Expo, Paradigm Mall, Johor Baru (September 26-28, 2025)
    Great Outdoor Expo, MAEPS, Serdang (October 3-5, 2025)

  • Validity: Packages purchased must be used by December 31st, 2025.

  • Availability: The offer is available until sold out or at the discretion of Management.

2. Terms and Conditions:

WINDLAB Indoor Skydiving

1. Standard Provision of Service:

  • Each flight is 50 seconds long.

  • The total experience takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from arrival.

  • You must check-in 1 hour before your scheduled flight time.

  • Includes a pre-flight training session, personal assistance from a flight instructor, and all necessary gear (flight suit, helmet, earplugs, goggles).

2. Flyer Restrictions:

  • Minimum age: 3 years old.

  • Weight/Height Limit: Under 105kg if shorter than 180cm; under 115kg if 180cm or taller.

  • Must not be pregnant.

  • Must not be under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.

  • Must not be wearing a hard plaster cast.

  • No history of neck, back, or heart conditions.

  • No previous shoulder dislocations.

  • Anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

  • A signed terms & conditions waiver is required.

3. Location & Hours:

FlowRider 1 Utama

1. Standard Provision of Service:

  • Ride session duration is 1 hour, with rides taken on a rotational basis.

  • Riders must arrive at the registration counter at least 30 minutes before their session starts.

  • Pre-booking is required.

  • Riders must present their physical voucher at the counter to redeem.

  • Includes guidance from instructors, locker access, changing rooms, and equipment.

2. Requirements

  • Height/Weight: Riders must be above 107cm in height and weigh at least 20kg.

  • Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.

  • No history of neck, back, or heart problems.

  • No previous shoulder dislocations.

  • No recent bone fractures or surgeries.

  • Must not be pregnant.

  • A signed waiver form is compulsory.

  • Attire: Wear proper, well-fitting water sports attire (e.g., board shorts, basic t-shirt). Casual clothing and bikinis are not permitted.

Treetop Adventure @ Rainforest, 1 Utama Shopping Centre

1. Standard Provision of Service:

  • The ticket entitles one person to enter either the Adult Course (90 minutes) or the Kids Course (60 minutes).

  • Prior booking must be made at treetopadventure.my.

  • You must present the physical voucher at the counter to redeem.

  • Additional pax require the purchase of additional tickets.

  • Water station, lockers, harness, and safety helmet are provided.

2. Requirements & Restrictions:

  • Attire: Comfortable sports attire & covered shoes are mandatory.

  • Age, Weight, and Height Restrictions:

    • Kids Course:

      • Age 7-12, min height 80cm, max weight 120kg.

      • Children aged 4-6 may require a paid companion.

    • Adult Course:

      • Age 13+, min height 130cm, max weight 120kg.

      • Children aged 12 or below require a paid companion.

  • Participants must be free from any medical or physical condition that poses a risk.

  • Participants must follow all instructor rules and directions.

  • Entry may be denied for not adhering to rules. Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
