In addition, you hereby agree to comply with any other terms, conditions, policies, dos and don’ts of the website as may be determined by Leisureworld Assets Sdn Bhd (“the Company”) from time to time.

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Neither the Company nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk and may only be used for lawful purpose for which the Company shall not be liable for such use. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. All trademarks reproduced in this website which is not the property of, or licensed to, the operator is acknowledged on the website. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). The Company has no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

The Company reserves the right, at any time without prior notice to you, to change the format and content of the website at any time. By using this website, you agree in advance to accept any such changes. The Company may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website, including the availability of any features of the site at any time. The Company may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the website without notice or liability. The Company may suspend the operation of this website for support or maintenance work, in order to update the content or for any other reason.


Terms & Conditions ("these T&C")


  • WINDLAB (“the Attraction”) is solely operated by the Company.

  • By entering the Attraction and/or purchasing a ticket to the Attraction (whether on this website or otherwise), visitors and/or participants consent to these T&C. Adults (aged 18 years and above) bringing minors to the Attraction represent that they have the authority to agree that these T&C apply to such minors and hereby indemnify the Company against any claim by the minor or his/her parent or legal guardian arising from such representations being false.

  • These T&C are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.

  • Visitors and/or participants shall abide by the Attraction’s rules and regulations, reasonable directions issued by the Company via its’ staffs/personnel, announcements, broadcast and notices posted in the Attraction and website as well as other terms and conditions, policies and rules as the Company may issue from time to time regarding the Attraction.

  • The Attraction is not endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by or otherwise affiliated with the organisers, promoters and/or sponsors of events held at the Attraction except where stated otherwise by the Company


  • Each ticket is for admission of one person to the Attraction according to the chosen session and date. Admission is subject to the Attraction’s operating hours (which may change from time to time without prior notice) and capacity limitation.

  • The ticket is non-refundable, not for resale, non-replaceable if lost or stolen, and will not be valid if it is altered or damaged.

  • All participants must bring appropriate identification. Admission of participants below the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with a valid photo identification for sign off, if required by the Company.

  • The Company may require accompanying adults to provide proof of identification upon check-in, pick-up (for drop-off) and at any time during the visit to the Attraction.

  • Height/weight limitation for the Attraction are as follows;

    • If below 180cm, must be under 105kg

    • If above 180cm, must be under 115kg

  • Participants who participate and/or enter with recent accident, injury or a current medical condition such as diabetes, heart problems, high blood pressure, aneurysms, neck or back problem shall be fully aware of the risks associated with their participation in the Attraction, shall assume all such risks and the Management shall reserve the rights to restrict any participation.

  • All participants must complete the Waiver of Liability, a legal contract between the participant and the Company before participating in the Attraction. This contract ensures all participants understand the nature of the Attraction, the risks involved and include a waiver of liability.

  • As a legal contract, it must be completed accurately by the participant or parent/guardian as applicable (in situations of a minor). Refusal to complete the Waiver of Liability will result in the inability to participate and forfeiture of any ticket purchases, which are non-refundable.

Dress Code

  • Participants are required to wear proper fitted attire. Participants will be required to wear a flight suit over their clothing. Fully enclosed lace up shoes are required to fly. Loose fitting items such as jewellery will need to be removed prior to flights.

Prohibited Activities and Items at the Attraction


  • Visitors must not:

    • Offer or display any goods or services for sale

    • Distribute any printed or recorded material

    • Bring any flag, banner or sign

    • Play any music or sound, except via personal earphones

    • Cause public discomfort or incite a crowd, including by conducting demonstrations; giving speeches; preaching any political, religious or other cause not prior authorised in writing by the Company

    • Engage in any unsafe act or impede the operation of the Attraction

    • Take commercial photographs or videos except with the Company’s prior written consent. Visitors who wish to use photographs and videos taken at the Attraction for commercial purposes may request written consent from the Company at least 1 week in advance.

    • Take photographs or capture video footage of any person without his/her permission. Visitors shall delete such photographs or video upon the Company’s request.

    • Smoke (including using cigars, electronic cigarettes or vaporisers)

    • Be under the influence of drugs including alcohol

  • The following may not be brought into the Attraction without the Company’s consent:

    • Pets

    • Outside food and beverage

    • Glass containers

    • Illegal, hazardous or combustible items

    • Transport devices with wheels (except wheelchairs), including without limitation strollers, skateboards, scooters, in-line skates or shoes with built-in wheels

    • Remote-controlled devices and unmanned aerial vehicles (drones)

    • Weapons or items that appear to be used as weapons

    • Face coverings, except for religious or medical purposes, or masks

    • Items (including clothing) with language or imagery offensive to the general culture of Malaysia having regard to the nature of the Attraction as sports facility

Safety, Security and Comfort


  • By entering the Attraction, visitors/participants accept that they have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure their own safety, taking into account any personal medical conditions. All visitors/participants in and around the Attraction should behave in a safe manner at all times and accompanying adults shall exercise reasonable steps in supervising their minors.

  • Upon admission, or tag. For re-entry, safety and security, the wristband or tag must be kept on the visitor at all times within the Attraction.

  • The Company may conduct security checks on visitors’ belongings.

  • Participants are obligated to remove their personal items when required by the Company and keep their belongings in the lockers prepared at the Attraction’s lockers.

  • The Company may, without refund or compensation, refuse admission to, or remove from the Attraction, any visitor who contravenes these T&C.


  • The Company reserves the right to change any aspect of the Attraction’s operations, including role-play activities and programmes, and the right to close parts of the Attraction to facilitate maintenance, renovation or private events. Events held at the Attraction are subject to postponement or cancellation; if such events are organised by the Attraction, the Attraction will try its best (but is not obligated) to notify visitors who have made prior registration for such events. Visitors are advised to refer to for the latest operation hours and may contact the Company for availability.

  • The Company shall not be liable for any death, injury, damage or loss howsoever caused at the Attraction and any loss, theft, misplaced or stolen belongings at the Attraction.

Customer Responsibilities


It is the customer’s responsibility to retain all information related to gift purchases (including gift vouchers, rebates or gift cards) and/or the associated serial numbers as applicable. Please treat these items as if they were cash. Lost items and/or serial numbers cannot be replaced or redeemed.


Customers are responsible for the use of their personal information with regards to setting, changing, or cancelling reservations. Customers are advised to safeguard any computer login information, passwords, gift certificates, gift certificate codes, or any other identifier that is linked to their customer account and/or reservations. The use of any of the information to book, change, or cancel any reservations by the customer or any other person, is the responsibility of the customer.


Voided credits, due to a loss in the mail, cancelled sale, or incomplete payment have no value and will not be honored under any circumstances. Charge-backs, stopped cheques, or any other invalid or incomplete payment will result in the voiding of the corresponding purchase(s).

WINDLAB’s Privacy Policy

  • By using the Attraction’s website, online ticketing system, and/or by admission to the Attraction, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with the terms herein and Privacy Policy available at Where consent is required from those under the age of eighteen (18), the consent of the parent, guardian or person who has parental responsibility on the said subject is deemed by using the Attraction’s online ticketing facility. Though the policy has been developed to take account of changes in Internet technology, it is subject to change and any such changes will be notified on this page.

  • The use of your above-mentioned personal information shall include your pictures, photographs and/or videos. We will collect such personal information from you when you upload your pictures/photographs to our website/internet platform, and throughout your experience in the Attraction. The copyright of all your pictures, photographs and videos collected by us in the Attraction belongs to the Company.

  • We will retain all your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purpose specified herein and in the Privacy Policy.

  • Please be aware that if you do not allow us to collect personal information from you, we may not be able to deliver certain experiences, products and services to you.

  • Credit card information given is only retained for the purpose of the transaction.


Terms & Conditions

Who Can Fly?

• 3 years old and above

• Not Pregnant

• Not under the influence of alcohol or drugs

• Under 105kg if under 180cm, under 115kg if over 180cm

• Not wearing a hard plaster cast or has not suffered any recent broken bones

• Does not suffer from any neck, back, or heart conditions

• Has not previously suffered from a dislocated a shoulder​

• Has not undergone any recent surgery

• Has signed our Statement of the Risk waiver form

• Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

What to Bring

  • Your booking confirmation reference number

  • Your gift voucher, if booked through an external company

  • Some money to purchase any merchandise, media, high rides, shoe hire or additional flights.

  • Lace-up, sports shoes. We also have shoes available to hire for a small fee.

  • Comfortable clothing – we advise not to wear a shirt with a collar or a skirt or dress.

  • Something to tie long hair back and a hairbrush is advised.

  • Leave your jewelry at home as you will be asked to remove all of it.

  • Those who are booked to fly will not be permitted to record themselves or others, using personal phone or camera devices. Photos and videos may be available to purchase after your flight. Friends or family who are not booked to fly may record from our free viewing gallery.

Online Ticket Purchase Rules

  • Online tickets for admission into the Attraction (“Ticket”) are sold through our website:

  • A Ticket for admission into the Attraction may not be cancelled, exchanged for cash or refunded. Tickets are deemed purchased when full payment is received.

  • The online ticketing system will produce a confirmation email sent to the provided email address which shall be used for the visitor’s entry to the Attraction on the selected visit date.

  • Unless authorised by the Company, tickets must not be resold or offered for resale (including via online auction websites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods and services, either by the original Ticket purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a Ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the Ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the Ticket may be refused admission.

  • The Company has utilised information provided by third parties and all attempts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the information. Alterations and amendments to such information may occur from time to time without prior notice. The Company shall not be responsible for the accuracy of information provided and any alteration or amendment to such information provided by others.

  • All prices are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.


Your reservation time is your scheduled flight time. This means that first-time flyers should arrive 1 hour before their scheduled flight time and return flyers must arrive 1/2 hour before their scheduled flight time in order to complete any paperwork and attend the training session as necessary. In order to fly, the customer is responsible for arriving in time to complete the necessary paperwork and training and must be:

​• In appropriate physical condition

• Unimpaired

• In appropriate clothing, including properly fitting lace-up athletic shoes and clothing that can fit below a jumpsuit.

• With appropriate state identification or passport

• Must complete a Waiver of Liability

Our schedule rarely permits the rebooking of missed appointment.

Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. Such reservations may only be rescheduled under the same terms as the original reservation’s pricing and applicable restrictions. As a courtesy, WINDLAB may elect to reschedule such cancellations, but shall do so at its sole discretion subject to availability and may require the payment of an administrative fee.

Customers with repeated cancellations or no-shows may lose flight privileges.

​WINDLAB shall not be held responsible for missed reservations as a result of extenuating circumstances such as transportation, weather, nor any other reason outside of the control of WINDLAB, nor for expenses related to scheduled reservations.

Flight Time

  • Introductory packages for First-Time and Repeat Flyers are measured in Flight Time. The customer will have the opportunity to fly for the amount of time allocated for the particular activity purchased. Time consumed entering and exiting the Flight Chamber from the Staging Area counts as Flight Time.

  • Advanced Flyer packages are measured in Tunnel Time. Tunnel time begins when the doors close and ends when the doors open. System start-up, shut-down, and flyer transition time will reduce the amount of useable flight time.

  • Use and sharing of Tunnel Time is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or flyers. WINDLAB and its instructors and coaches will make every effort to maximize the useable Flight Time but are not responsible for any unusable time.

  • Any disputes regarding the amount of Tunnel Time must be made to the manager on duty and WINDLAB will make every effort to review complaints using the video recording system. In the event that the complaint is determined to be valid, WINDLAB will compensate the purchasers/and or flyers with additional Tunnel Time and/or a partial refund at its sole discretion. A complaint is considered valid if Tunnel Time delivered is more than five seconds less than the Tunnel Time purchased, according to the video recording.

  • WINDLAB will set the rotation for each flight session to provide a break of not less than 30 seconds for advanced flyers between flights for each booking of 2 minutes or more. If you would like a different length of break you may propose your own rotation which WINDLAB may, in its absolute discretion, implement for the flight session.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers must be booked and flown before the expiry date shown on the voucher

  • A gift voucher can be redeemed at WINDLAB 1 UTAMA only

  • Expired gift vouchers will not be accepted.

  • At WINDLAB's discretion, customers may book their voucher for a date up to 3 months after the expiry date for a cost of RM20 per voucher. This only applies to vouchers issued by WINDLAB and not external gift experience companies.

  • If your WINDLAB voucher expired 3 months ago or more the voucher cannot be extended under any circumstances.

  • The 10 Flights X and 4 Flights X gift vouchers must be redeemed within 3 months of the initial purchase date and are non-transferable.

  • WINDLAB gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be refunded. If you are unable to use your gift voucher you may transfer it to another flyer.

  • Gift Vouchers are like cash – if you lose your voucher number there is no refund. Failure to show on your scheduled date and time will render your voucher invalid. Treat your voucher like cash and take care not to lose it. Lost or stolen gift vouchers are non-refundable and no replacements are available. If your voucher is lost or stolen you are unable to redeem your flight and will be required to purchase a new voucher.

  • Customers are not able to upgrade their package to a higher value package. No refund value will be issued for flying a lower value package.

  • WINDLAB does not offer refunds, wholly or partially. Please make sure you agree to the terms and conditions before purchasing your gift voucher.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule bookings of less than 30 minutes (flight time) free of charge with a minimum of 48 hours notice by emailing or just call or WhatsApp us @ +60 12-224 4342.

  • Rescheduling of bookings of less than 30 minutes within 48 hours will incur a fee of RM20 per person or RM50 for each group package of fewer than 30 minutes.

  • Bookings of 30 minutes tunnel time or more (per day) require a minimum of 7 days to reschedule free of charge.

  • Bookings of 30 minutes tunnel time or more (per day) rescheduled within 7 days will incur a fee of RM150 per 30 minutes rescheduled.

  • There will be no refund for cancellations.

  • There is no charge to transfer the flight to a friend and this can be done on arrival.

  • If you fail to arrive for your flights, your booking will be void and no refunds will be issued.

  • Flyers who arrive late and consequently miss the pre-flight briefing will be subject to the rescheduling fee. Please note the next available flight, may not be on the same date as your booking.

  • WINDLAB does not offer refunds, wholly or partially. Please make sure you agree to the terms and conditions before purchasing your flight.

  • WINDLAB reserves the right to cancel flights at short notice due to mechanical failure, unscheduled repairs, maintenance, or anything outside of our control. In the event that WINDLAB does cancel your booking, it will be rescheduled at the next available timeslot. No Refund will be available.

Accuracy of Pricing and Online Bookings


We do our best to provide accurate pricing information in our advertisements, web site, quotes, and online booking system. All sales are subject to current pricing and review by management. Sales made at incorrect prices, whether the fault of the customer, representative of WINDLAB, or computer system error, will not be honored.

Photo and Video


  • Videos and photographs purchased from or supplied at the Attraction by the Company remains as copyright to the Company and its related bodies corporate who own and retain the right to the footage and photographs.

  • These may be used for company marketing purposes, and may only be used or reproduced by the purchaser or recipient for private or domestic purposes and must not be used for any commercial purpose, including the promotion of any supplier or any supplier’s products or services without the Company’s prior permission.

  • Your photograph and video may appear on our website. WINDLAB reserves the right to use your image in any promotional or advertising material.

  • Please be advised that, should there be any technical issues relating to camera/ dubbing equipment, no warranties can be made as the filming and indoor skydive are two separate products.

  • All Videos recorded by the Company will be tested on the day of your flight.

  • Videos are made available to all purchasers for viewing on that same day, should you wish to view it.

  • Your acceptance on the day of the Video will be deemed as your approval of the Video being in full working order.

  • No refunds will be made available after your departure from our offices.

  • If your video footage does not play, please contact us within 28 days so we can issue you with a replacement. After this time, we will not guarantee the footage will be available and no refunds will be available.

  • If due to a technical error we are unable to provide you with your pre-purchased video or photo, we reserve the right to substitute the item with a product of equal value.

Unexpected Maintenance


Our best effort is made to ensure all reservations can be honored. WINDLAB technology may occasionally require unscheduled maintenance. Reservations cancelled by WINDLAB may be rescheduled based on availability and customer preference. Rescheduling of Tunnel Time cancelled by WINDLAB may or may not be available at the rates and/or schedules that are compatible with the customer’s schedule. WINDLAB will make every effort to reschedule under the same terms wherever possible.

Personal Items and Use of Lockers


Safety of customers, instructors, and the equipment will require all personal items to be removed prior to your flights, including all jewelry, bags, wallets, coins, papers, tissues, phones, cameras; nothing can remain on the flyer’s person except shoes, clothing, and the supplied flight gear.


For the convenience of our customers, WINDLAB provides lockers in which personal items can be stored. WINDLAB will not be responsible for the loss or theft of any items on the premises, including from the lockers. We encourage our customers to leave all items of value at home or with a trusted spectator during flight sessions.

Shipping Policy


WINDLAB is not responsible for undelivered or delayed mail.

Return Flyers

Upon completion of your first full price package, you are entitled to purchase Return Flyer packages, detailed below:


Terms & Conditions

Flyers may choose to purchase pro-flyer time, at any time, however the following requirements must be met:

  1. If the flyer cannot enter and exit the wind without assistance from the instructor, coaching MUST be purchased on-top of the pro-flyer rate (currently sold at RM8 per minute / minimum purchase 10 minutes)

  2. If the flyer is attempting a new flying position or maneuver coaching MUST be purchased (currently sold at RM8 per minute / minimum purchase 10 minutes)

Customers may fly WITHOUT purchasing coaching, if ALL of the following applies:

  1. The flyer is competent in entering and exiting the wind without assistance.

  2. The flyer has been signed-off by a WINDLAB instructor to fly that specific flying style [without coaching]. Or you have purchased coaching from an external coach who has been approved by WINDLAB, and has pre-arranged any necessary spotting (spotter fee may apply) with WINDLAB.

  3. The flyer has an understanding of safe windspeeds.

NOTE: Competency is determined by instructors employed at WINDLAB Indoor Skydiving, it is NOT self-assessable.

When pro-flyer block time is booked, the clock will be continuously rolling. Please be courteous to other flyers and exit when your flight time is finished.

Account holder details must be established at the time of purchase. Whoever is established as the account holder, MUST be in the wind (flying) for the duration of the time purchased and flown. Pro-flyer accounts can NOT be resold or transferred.

An instructor may stop the flight or remove a flyer from the wind if they deem the flyer to be a risk. Refunds will not be issued if this occurs.

Flyers must declare their flight plan to the relevant instructor before the flight session and ensure they meet all the requirements prior to the session start.


Flyers must request spotting or coaching at least 14 days in advance. WINDLAB will make every effort to accommodate requests and will inform guests at the earliest available opportunity if a spotter cannot be found.

Spotters Fee

  • A fee of RM 50 per flyer, per session, will be implemented for flyers who require spotting.

  • This fee is mandatory for high-speed flying, including sit fly and head down techniques, as well as limited low-speed spotting including back and front layouts.

  • The fee is applicable for flyers who have not yet mastered 6 points of motion (high speed) or transitions (high and low speed).

  • This fee does not apply to sessions where the flyer is receiving coaching from a WINDLAB Instructor. It is only applicable to sessions with external coaches.

  • Under no circumstance can a person(s) (including but not limited to, external coaches, instructors, skydivers) provide spotting if they are not directly employed by WINDLAB Indoor Skydiving and received appropriate training.


  • Flyers may bring their own external coaches. The external coaches must take a hands-off approach.

  • If WINDLAB deems an external coach to be unfit to provide safe coaching, they may deny or remove the external coach at any stage.

  • A rescheduling or cancellation fee of RM50 applies to all coached sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the flight time. This applies to coaches booked through WINDLAB only. This fee will be in addition to any tunnel time rescheduling fees.

Event Suitability

  • From time to time WINDLAB runs special events, camps, and competitions that require a certain level of skill. WINDLAB reserves the right to refuse to allow flyers to participate in such events if they do not have the appropriate level of skill. Flyers should discuss the necessary skill level before booking into such an event.

Buy 1 Hour, Get 10 Minutes Free Deal (Beginning 1st January 2024)

  • Offer Details: Purchase 1 hour and receive an additional 10 minutes free of charge.

  • Promotion Period: Starts from Monday, 1st January 2024. Ending date at management's discretion and may be extended or discontinued at any time.

  • Immediate Payment: Full payment is required to secure the deal. Reservation of time for later payment is not permitted.

  • Validity: Time purchased is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Limitation: Limited to one package per customer.

  • Exclusions: Cannot be combined with other deals, discounts, specials, or flash sales.

  • Coaching Costs: Additional coaching available at RM8 per minute (RM480 per hour), not included in the promotion.

  • Usage: Purchaser must be the flyer for the duration of the purchased time.

  • Peak and Off-Peak Rates:

    • Time purchased at off-peak rates (Monday to Friday) cannot be used during peak hours (Saturday, Sunday and Malaysian Public Holidays).

    • Time bought at peak rates and flown during off-peak times is non-refundable and non-creditable.

  • Calculation: Minutes credited based on multiples of 1 hour purchased (e.g., purchase 4 hours, receive an additional 40 minutes).

  • All time must be purchased either at peak or off-peak rates; mixing rates is not allowed. Bonus minutes correspond to the rate of purchase.

  • Eligibility: Available to both MyKad and non-MyKad cardholders.

  • Standard Terms: Regular flight terms and conditions apply.

  • EPerolehan Exclusion: This deal is not applicable to ePerolehan transactions.

Buy 5 Hours, Get 1 Hour Free Deal (Ending 31st December 2023)

  • Purchase 5 hours and receive 1 hour free of charge 

  • The "Buy 5 Get 1 FREE" promotion is available to purchase from Monday, 1st April 2019. This deal will end 31st December 2023.

  • This promotion at any time can be ended or extended at WINDLAB management discretion. 

  • To secure this deal, immediate payment is required and time cannot be "reserved" for later payment. 

  • Time purchased is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase/payment. 

  • Promotion is limited to 1 customer per package. 

  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing deals, discounts, specials, or flash sales. 

  • Coaching from WINDLAB staff is NOT included, but can be purchased additionally for RM8 per minute (RM480 per hour) 

  • The person who purchases the time must be in the wind (flying) for the duration of the time purchased. 

  • If the total amount of hours is purchased at the off-peak rate (Mon - Fri) they cannot be flown during peak hours (Saturday and Sunday). 

  • If the total amount of hours are purchase at peak rate and flown in off-peak time slots, NO refunds or credits will be given. 

  • This promotion is not limited by amount purchased and bonus hours will be credited based on how many multiples of 5 are purchased (ie: purchase 20 hours and you will receive a total of 24 hours credited to your account) 

  • ALL time MUST be purchased as EITHER peak or off-peak rates (no mixing of rates is allowed). The bonus hour will be credited to the corresponding rate.

  • The promotion is available to both MyKad and non-MyKad cardholders. 

  • All regular flight terms and conditions apply.

  • This deal is not applicable to ePerolehan transactions

Be advised that once you tick to accept the Terms and Conditions on the online booking form, it is received by WINDLAB and serves as authorization of your payment and acceptance of the terms and conditions stated. You also agree to further indemnify WINDLAB, its associate companies, directors, and associates against any risk or action related to your participation in indoor skydiving.
