FULL TIME - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic team member to join our frontline crew. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests – helping to create a smooth, exciting, and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Greet and assist guests with bookings, check-ins, waivers and general enquiries

  • Provide clear and accurate information about flight packages and experiences

  • Handle POS transactions and voucher redemptions

  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception and guest area

  • Support team operations during busy periods and events

  • Ensure all guests feel safe, informed, and excited about their flight!


What we’re looking for:

  • A positive attitude and great communication skills

  • No prior experience needed

  • Ability to work weekends, public holidays and evenings (as late as 11pm)

  • A genuine interest in creating awesome guest experiences!
