FAQ General.

  • Off-Peak: Allows you to book Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia National and Selangor Public Holidays, and the entire months of January, July, August and December.

Peak: Gives you the flexibility to book any day.

  • All bookings and participant numbers are subject to availability. We highly recommend booking all participants in advance. This will help avoid any potential disappointment on the day, as spaces can fill up quickly. Plan ahead to guarantee a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone in your group.

  • Each flight lasts 50 seconds, equivalent to an outdoor skydive from 14,000 feet. Every participant will enjoy at least two flights.

  • The entire experience takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, including check-in, training, gearing up, and flying. If you have booked for more than 16 people or have rented the function room, please allow extra time.

  • We require parents or guardians to be present throughout the experience. If they prefer not to fly, they can enjoy watching the action from our free viewing gallery. Should they wish to join in the flying, we can include them in your session at our standard rate (please refer to the beginner/first-timer rates page). Additionally, parents or guardians must complete the waiver form for any participants under 18 years old.

  • Shoes: Please wear closed-in, laced-up shoes such as sneakers or joggers. The shoes must be well-fitted and we must be able to tie a double knot with the laces. If participants do not have appropriate footwear, shoe rental is available for RM15 per person.

Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing. A flight suit will be worn over your outfit. We don't recommend wearing collared shirts.

Hijab: If you wear a hijab, it will be replaced with one of our custom-made flight hoods, designed specifically for our activity.

Hair: If you have long hair, we recommend tying it up and tucking it under the provided helmet to prevent knots and tangles from the wind.

Jewellery: Before flying, you will need to remove all jewellery and loose items, such as necklaces, rings, phones and earrings. Free lockers are provided for your convenience.

  • Unfortunately, we do not have any female instructors available at this time.

  • The High Ride is a special skill that only certain instructors can perform, as it requires years of training to master. Due to the physically demanding nature of this maneuver, these instructors are unable to offer High Rides in every session. Additionally, instructors receive a commission for each High Ride they perform as a token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication.

  • All participants booked into your session will enter a holding area, where they will take turns flying in our flight chamber.

Please note that all loose items, including phones, cameras, and GoPros, are not allowed in the holding area or flight chamber. Once a session starts, participants cannot exit the holding area.

Rest assured, we will capture photos and videos of your experience, which will be available for purchase afterward.
However, occasionally we may encounter technical difficulties that prevent filming.

Alternatively, you can bring a friend or family member who is not participating to capture the action from our free viewing gallery.
