WHAT IS THIS?

WINDLAB is offering discounted proflyer tunnel time for a limited period during April and May 2026.

To enjoy these rates, all purchased time must be utilised by 31 May 2026. Any unused time after this date will be forfeited.

We recommend confirming availability prior to purchase to ensure you can fully utilise your time within the promotional period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Price:

  • Peak: RM 1,500 per hour

  • Off-Peak: RM 1,200 per hour

  • Minimum booking: 10 minutes per session

  • This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions

2. Promotion Period & Validity:

  • Valid for flights in April & May 2026 only

  • All time must be used by 31 May 2026

  • This is a limited-time offer, subject to availability

  • WINDLAB reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the promotion at its discretion

3. Conditions:

  • Minimum of 10 minutes per flyer per session

  • Shorter durations (e.g. 3 or 5 minutes) are not permitted

  • ePerolehan purchases are not eligible for this promotion

4. Coaching & Spotting

​

  • Internal Coaching (WINDLAB Coach):
    If you are learning a skill which you can not yet safely perform in the wind tunnel, you can add on a WINDLAB Coach for an additional RM8 per minute (minimum 10mins per session). Regular coaching rules apply. 
     

  • External Coaches 
    If you would prefer to bring your own external coach, you may, provided they adhere to our Standard External Coach Rules. External coaches must be declared upon booking. WINDLAB Spotting is subject to availability during both pre-booked and standby time and fees may apply. 
     

  • Advanced Spotting Requests:
    To ensure availability, all requests for spotting must be made upon booking your time. We recommend a minimum of 2 weeks notice.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling:

​

  • Refunds: All time sold under this discount is strictly non-refundable. No refunds, wholly or partially, will be issued for any reason. No credits will be given if the flyer(s) fail to attend or utilise all their purchased time.
     

  • Rescheduling: A one-time reschedule of your booking is permitted if requested a minimum of 7 days (1 week) prior to your scheduled arrival date; provided it falls within the expiry period. Rescheduling is subject to availability. No other changes are permitted.

6. Payment:

  • Bookings are only confirmed upon full payment

  • Payment must be completed within 48 hours of reservation

  • Unpaid reservations will be released

  • Accepted payment methods:
    - Online (Visa / Mastercard)
    - On-site at WINDLAB (Visa, Mastercard, or cash)

8. Disclaimers:

  • WINDLAB reserves the right to modify operations, activities, and schedules as required

  • Sessions may be postponed or cancelled due to maintenance, events, or unforeseen circumstances

  • WINDLAB will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers

7. Operational Details:

​

  • Operational Hours: Standard operational hours are 11:00 am – 9:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. However, WINDLAB Management reserves the right to alter hours or block out sessions for any reason such as maintenance, private events, or staff unavailability. This package can only be utilised during available operational sessions.
     

  • Management Rights: WINDLAB Management reserves the right to revise prices and package terms at any time. Any pre-purchased packages will be honored under the terms at the time of sale.

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS:

  • Weight Limit: Max 105kg

  • Have previously dislocated a shoulder

  • History of neck, back or heart issues

  • Undergone recent surgery

  • Recent broken bone

  • Pregnant

  • Minimum age: 3 years old
