WHAT IS HARDCORE FIVE?

This is where your flight progression takes off. Designed for intensive training, the HARDCORE FIVE (H5) package is your exclusive pass to mastering the wind in Malaysia. Lock in a guaranteed 45 minutes of tunnel time every day, and then top it off with extra standby flights to truly own your skills. Whether you’re planning a solo training camp or sharing the air with your crew, this is the ultimate value for dedicated flyers.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Price:

  • RM 999.00 per day, for 5 consecutive days (RM4995 total)

  • The "H5" cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing deals, discounts, specials, or flash sales.

2. Promotion Period & Validity:

  • This is a limited-time offer. WINDLAB Management reserves the right to cease or extend the offer at its discretion.

  • The purchased block of consecutive days must be fully utilized within the available date ranges listed below.

  • All purchased days expire and must be used by June 30th, 2026. No extensions will be granted.

  • Available Months for Use: September 2025, October 2025, November 2025, February 2026, March 2026, April 2026, May 2026, June 2026.

  • Excluded Months: December 2025, and January 2026.

3. Flying & Sharing:

  • A maximum of four (4) people can share one purchased package.

  • All individuals flying on the package must be nominated and disclosed to WINDLAB Management upon booking.

  • The package is sold on a "fly as a group" basis. All nominated flyers must be present and have their full body in the wind tunnel for the duration of all flight sessions. If any group member is not present in the session for any reason, the wind will not be turned on.

  • All flying skills practiced during a shared session must be signed-off for every member of the group. The group's flight will be limited to the skill level of the least proficient flyer. For example, if three of four flyers are approved for head-down flying but one is not, the group cannot practice head-down flying during that session.

4. Tunnel Time:

This package consists of two types of tunnel time: Pre-Booked Time and Standby Time.

      Pre-Booked Time:

  • Flyers are guaranteed 45 minutes of pre-booked tunnel time per day purchased. This time must be reserved at the time of purchase to ensure availability.

    Standby Time:

  • "Standby" refers to any additional tunnel time that is available on the day of your flight. This time is not guaranteed, subject to availability.

  • Standby time can only be booked a maximum of 30 minutes prior to the session start time. Bookings must be made on-site, within the 30 minute window prior to the flight time.

    Booking Rules:

  • Flyers may book a maximum of 15 minutes per 30-minute session.

  • Flyers cannot book into back-to-back sessions. A minimum of one 30-minute session break must be left between your booked flight times.

5. Coaching & Spotting

​

  • Internal Coaching (WINDLAB Coach):
    If you are learning a skill which you can not yet safely perform in the wind tunnel, you can add on a WINDLAB Coach for an additional RM8 per minute (minimum 10mins per session). Coaching services are subject to availability and therefore cannot be guaranteed during the 'standby time'. Regular coaching rules apply. 
     

  • External Coaches 
    If you would prefer to bring your own external coach, you may, provided they adhere to our Standard External Coach Rules. External coaches must be declared upon booking. WINDLAB Spotting is subject to availability during both pre-booked and standby time and fees may apply. A maximum of one (1) external coach can be assigned during the duration of your H5 booking. 
     

  • Advanced Spotting Requests:
    To ensure availability, all requests for spotting must be made upon booking your time. We recommend a minimum of 2 weeks notice.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Refunds: This package is strictly non-refundable. No refunds, wholly or partially, will be issued for any reason. No credits will be given if the flyer(s) fail to attend or utilize all their purchased time.
     

  • Rescheduling: A one-time reschedule of your booking is permitted if requested a minimum of 14 days (2 weeks) prior to your scheduled arrival date. Rescheduling is subject to availability. No other changes are permitted.

7. Payment:

​

  • Your purchase and booking are not confirmed until full payment has been received.

  • Payment must be made via online credit/debit card payment (Visa/Mastercard).

8. Operational Details:

​

  • Operational Hours: Standard operational hours are 11:00 am – 9:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. However, WINDLAB Management reserves the right to alter hours or block out sessions for any reason such as maintenance, private events, or staff unavailability. This package can only be utilized during available operational sessions.
     

  • Management Rights: WINDLAB Management reserves the right to revise prices and package terms at any time. Any pre-purchased packages will be honored under the terms at the time of sale.

9. Disclaimers:

​

  • The Company reserves the right to change any aspect of the Attraction’s operations, including role-play activities and programmes, and the right to close parts of the Attraction to facilitate maintenance, renovation or private events. Events held at the Attraction are subject to postponement or cancellation; if such events are organised by the Attraction, the Attraction will try its best (but is not obligated) to notify visitors who have made prior registration for such events. Visitors are advised to refer to https://www.windlab.my for the latest operation hours and may contact the Company for availability.

  • The Company shall not be liable for any death, injury, damage or loss howsoever caused at the Attraction and any loss, theft, misplaced or stolen belongings at the Attraction.

Please contact WINDLAB [before purchasing] if any of the below restrictions affect the flyer:

  • Weight Limit: Max 105kg

  • Have previously dislocated a shoulder

  • History of neck, back or heart issues

  • Undergone recent surgery

  • Recent broken bone

  • Pregnant

  • Minimum age: 3 years old
