What to bring/wear:

Shoes: Please wear closed-in shoes such as sneakers or joggers, with laces that can be tied in a double knot. If participants do not have appropriate footwear, shoe rental is available for RM15 per person.

​Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing, as a flight suit will be worn over your outfit.

​Hijab: If you wear a hijab, it will be replaced with one of our custom-made flight hoods, designed specifically for our activity.

​Hair: If you have long hair, we recommend tying it up and tucking it under the provided helmet to prevent knots and tangles from the wind.
Jewellery/Loose Items: Before flying, you will need to remove all jewellery and loose items, such as necklaces, rings, phones and earrings. Free lockers are provided for your convenience. Note:You can wear glasses, we have flight goggles which can go over the top to keep them in place.

We are located on Level 2, 1Utama Shopping Centre, between New & Old Wing.

Arrival Time:

Your party invite should include an arrival time. When planning your journey to WINDLAB, please allow extra time for traffic, parking, and finding our location within the mall. We kindly ask that you arrive on time, as your party host has reserved a dedicated flight slot. Before flying, there will be time set aside for check-in, training, and gearing up. Please note that late arrivals may not be able to join the flying fun.

Waiver Form:

Upon arrival, each participant will need to complete a waiver form:
Ages 3–17: A parent or guardian must be present to complete the form on their behalf. 
Ages 18 and above: Participants will complete and sign their own form.

General Restrictions:

At WINDLAB, we welcome a diverse range of customers for our indoor skydiving experience. However, there are a few general restrictions:
 

• Participants must be 3 years old or older.

• Not pregnant.

• Weight limit: 105kg if shorter than 180cm, and 115kg if 180cm or taller.

• No history of shoulder dislocation(s).

• No current broken bones.

• No recent surgery (consult a doctor & WINDLAB beforehand if you still wish to participate).

• No history of neck, back, or heart conditions (consult a doctor & WINDLAB  beforehand if you still wish to participate).

We have a free viewing gallery for any family/friends who want to come along and watch/capture the fun.
